Faulty or incorrect items (Complaints)
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, you of course have the right to make a complaint.
Please contact us using the contact form at the top of the page.
Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
For approved complaints, we cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.
Returns & right of withdrawal
Our products are made to order.
For this reason, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not normally apply if you simply change your mind.
If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, you’re always welcome to contact us — we’re happy to take a look together.
Refunds
Once a return related to an approved complaint has been received and processed, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
